STUDENT SOLIDARITY MARCH AGAINST GASSING INCIDENTS WELCOME

The PF National Students Command Centre (MOBILIZATION COMMITTEE ) welcomes the invitation by Zambia National Students Union (ZANASU) and University of Zambia Students Union (UNZASU) to take part in the solidarity match against the rampant gassing which have rocked the country.

The gassing which started from Chingola on the Copperbelt has spread to most parts of the country with Lusaka recording more cases each day making it difficult to have accurate statistics of the victims.

We also wish to further extend an appeal to all public and private tertiary institutions within the capital city to turn up in numbers to offer solidarity to the President, His Excellency Dr. Edgar Chagwa Lungu who has gone an extra mile by offering a colossal sum of K250,000.00 to anybody with information leading to the arrest of the culprits.

Levy Mwanawasa Medical University
National Institute of Public Administration
Evelyn Hone College
Lusaka Technical and Business College

Let's unite as students and young people of our country to curb this barbaric act of gassing innocent people. We do strongly subscribe to the notion that together we can.
